My grandma is in the hospital on a ventilator with the covid, she is all I really have since my mom passed away and my dad is a drug addict. It's really hard to even think about this bet and let alone weight loss, I know I am doing it to be healthy, but when I get depressive I just want to eat. Is there anything that helped people get through these times without eating their hearts out, or giving up??? I have hope, but with all the negativity surrounding this virus and her age group, it's just I'm scared for the worse. I have a therapy appointment but it's not until Feb 8th...........just looking for words of encouragement to keep going or advice, thank you in advance!

Working out helps my anxiety and depression. There’s true science behind it. Most important of all - what would grandma want you to do? Sit and worry or take care of you the best you can? I know it’s easier said than done but try to take care of you. Both my grandmas passed - both like moms to me taking turns raising me and my sisters. There was nothing harder than losing them - but I want them to be proud of me and know I’m living my best life I can. :heart: focus on the positive as much as you can
