  • Keto day 35:

    Stuffed Chicken Breast and Au Gratin Faux-tatoes.

    The chicken is this recipe but I replaced the broccoli with diced onions and red bell peppers:

    It was a massive chicken breast so Mom and I split it instead of making two.

    The Au Gratin Faux-tatoes are leftovers from a few days ago.

    This soooo delicious.
    It's hard to feel deprived when eating so darn well.

    The Princess is making the saddest noises as she begs me to share.

    I've already cut a little piece of chicken (just chicken, no cheese onions or peppers) up for her. I'm going to mix it in with her kibble in 10 minutes. Never fear. She will get hers.
