I love the workouts so far! They are perfect for getting back into working out after some time off. I am definitely feeling some tightness though. I foam rolled and did some basic stretches today but was wondering if there’s also a recommended stretch routine to go along with these workouts?

Me too! I was just thinking it's nice to have a variety of exercises so I don't get bored. I like the combinations, too. I'm hoping that adding daily exercise will help me win this kickstarter! Thanks for the extra motivation, Jamie!
