I’m feeling frustrated too but am trying to focus on even if I don’t win at least I’ll be down some pounds. But I’d still like to win!!

Crystal it’s disappointing for sure! Sorry it’s a slow loss this time. I think however you could possibly still make it. Strict low carb or even keto if you can manage it, cut out sweetners as well, lots of water and get daily sweat! HIIT work outs are best for calorie burn and done in 30 mins. Give it a try! I’ve lost 5lbs in a week before! When my weight was in the 200+lbs. Good luck!
