How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Hello, everybody...my name is Keith, and I'm a Diet Pepsi-aholic (everybody else - "Hi, Keith"). Too much of my daily liquid intake is in the form of this dark liquid gold, and I need to change that.

    So my pledge this month is to have ONE Diet Pepsi per day (will probably start out with it like everyone else's morning coffee) and then drink water the rest of the day. It will be flavored water of some sort, but it won't contain caffeine or be loaded with artificial sweeteners.

    This is the one area where my healthy living plan is lacking. I intend to correct it as my goal for this month. I'm posting this in my other Transformer as well, so I can be accountable in both games.

    Now, if I could only find one this big for my one-a-day pledge, only in Diet.....

  • I got the Hidrate Spark water bottle. It measures how much water you drink through an app. It actually makes me want to drink water now.

I'm pretty similar. I like Pepsi Max. As someone else suggested, I make sure to drink PLENTY of water throughout the day and use it as a kind of treat after dinner with a healthy snack. That way, even if I drink a large amount of this pretty unhealthy chemical concoction with no calories, it won't hurt my weight loss or overall health....hopefully :)
