How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I am not one to get upset if someone offers advice or critiques, even if it’s unsolicited. What does irritate me is if you just assume and lecture without having a conversation. I have chronic tennis elbow in both arms. I use compression sleeves and sweat band “fat loss trainers” similiar to the belly fat trimmers but for your arms. I ONLY use them because I can create a tighter compression then with sleeves alone. The added pressure has helped so much with decreasing swelling and getting blood flow to those areas and decreasing pain. I’m not using them to target fat loss, I sweat enough as it is, I’m not using them for the added sweating in that little area. I finished an upper body workout and had them on while I ran out to check my mail and a jogger stopped to lecture me that they aren’t going to make my arms any smaller and I need to eat right and do cardio. I explained that I lift and run daily and that these are used solely for compression and they said I was just lying because they called me out. Lesson for today you can’t argue with stupid

And sorry to everyone here dealing with people who don’t mind their own business.

I just laughed and said well if you look closely you will see they aren’t even on correctly per the instructions. I have them over my elbows with the straps above and below the elbow instead of covering my bicep and tricep with both straps above the elbow, so I’m not sure why you’d think I was trying to lose fat in my elbows.
