How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Good Morning, my awesome DietBetters!

How is everyone doing? I hope you're all having a great week so far!

Are you drinking lots of water and doing some form of movement each day?

Who's having success on the scales so far? Sound off below and let us know how awesome you're doing!

I'm at 48% of my goal weight after a nearly two-week plateau. So excited to see the numbers on the scale moving down again.

Share your progress with us below!

I don't get enough sleep, either. I'm a night person so when I get home from work at 11:15PM, I am wide awake until 2 or 3AM or later. It's definitely a struggle.

I’m not sure I’ll make this one but still going to push until the end as you never know! Had a couple of weeks of stalled weight loss, so I’m hoping I can power through in the last couple of weeks. Hope everyone is feeling positive!
