  • I got this book from the library and it literally changed my relationship with food. It is about intermittent fasting (not really about Buddha) but it is a short read and gives great information for those who are interested, I lost 40lbs in about six months doing IF. But also studying the habits of the thinnest countries in the world like Japan and France. And slowly changing my eating habits over time. It’s a long game, but it helped me truly enjoy food instead of being obsessed with it. IF is not for everyone and I understand that, but for me it was life changing.
