So...after I did my (successful) weigh-in for round 2, I have jumped on the fast/fried food train. It's not a good train, doesn't take you where you want to go!!! And, I have good food choices in the fridge - but I have been extra tired lately, so I keep ordering takeout instead of cooking.
Gotta get back on the other train (the one with good food choices)...
Hit me with your healthy (heck semi-healthy will do) "I had a long day at work but I am starving" go-to meals!!

Sheet pan meals! Meat veggies and potatoes all at same time. Or salsa chicken in crockpot. Or when really tired can chicken and frozen veggie

Definitely premade salads!!! Each time I go grocery shopping I buy three or four of them at a time, especially since my hubby likes to eat them sometimes as well. So I always know that I have some thing that I can just put in a bowl, mix up and eat!
