For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Does anyone have any advice for binge eating? I am really struggling with it lately, and I don't get in to see my new therapist until next week and I want to know if anyone has any tips.

I'd go for the vegetables most, what ever your eating just incorporate mostly vegetables


Laura Dixon‘s Naturally Thin for Life podcast was the first thing that ever helped me with binge eating.

I realized that my binge eating was ALL emotional…could be as simple as “I’m tired/overwhelmed/stressed.” And once I realized that, it was easier to tell myself, “you are feeling X. Food doesn’t solve this. How will you feel tomorrow morning if you try to solve this emotion with food?” I highly highly recommend her podcast
