How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Getting back on track with my tracking. I’m breastfeeding, so burning a lot of calories and food management has been difficult. I’m always hungry! And I’m torn between wanting to honor that because I’m feeding another human and wanting to shed the weight and feel good in my pre pregnancy wardrobe. Argh! I tried eating intuitively but that did not work. So back to tracking it is! Anyone in a similar boat?

They say you need roughly 300-400 extra calories when breastfeeding. Just try to make them healthy calories. Yeah a cookie may be 100 calories but that 100 calorie banana is healthier.

I've lost 40 pounds while breastfeeding! I just Calorie counted at around 1500 calories a day and increased my deficit with exercise. I recently stopped breastfeeding, but it wasn't a supply issue, it was a 'man, I am DONE with this' issue
