How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Just show up! Everyday does not have to be a killer workout. Your eating does not need to be on point everyday. Every step in the right direction no matter how small, is still in the right direction.

Got my workout in! Working on staying consistent drinking my water. I've been a little short drinking 128 oz these last few days.

My day was awesome, I have been at my job for a year today. My husband got a job promotion that he has worked his tail off for over the last 5 years. Also, today was my first day back to school. I did not get my workout in but I drank a gallon and a half of water and managed to have dropped 1.5 pounds. Overall today was awesome. I'm just happy about life in general so keeping all the negative things that happened for a later date :grinning:
