  • We are getting really close to the end of this game! You guys have been working so hard and so much progress has been made! Keep going after your goals everyone! Remember it's never too late or too early to start. Just don't give up on yourself, you can do this!

I like all these comments. Tracking food definitely helps me. And getting daily exercise. I still need to learn how much I can eat while maintaining my weight - preferably without continuing to track everything.

My best plan of action is counting calories and going to the gym. I do well with it, since it makes me more aware of what is going in my mouth...I need to add in some extra cardio, because I see the weight loss slowing down a little already.
