I've gained 0.5 kg since Friday :( I lost my motivation. Last week started well, I ran on Tuesday and Thursday, but I couldn't covince myself to go for a third run on Saturday or Sunday.
How do you motivate yourself to exercise when it's dark and cold outside? Maybe I should buy a threadmill but they are sooo expensive :/

Sometimes, I get my steps in at IKEA or Target if the weather is depressing or if I need a change. All movement counts! Having walking partners and my pup helps me too!

    This week I've started tracking my food, I hope it'll help too.
    And I'll increase my water consumption.
