For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I’ve been really focusing on strength training (I have lost 43lbs total this year) and seeing significantly more progress - both scale and non scale since starting this program. I can’t recommend strength training over cardio enough (and make sure you get your water intake each day - about half of your body weight in ounces if you can)

    Be kind to yourself in this program. If you have a day you indulge, don’t get stuck on the food guilt loop! Get back to it the next day without guilt, it’s the best thing you can do for yourself in a long term goal like this
