For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I recently joined a Hotworx studio, they have 10 small saunas with videos like yoga, barre, pilates as well as cycle/spin. Those workouts are killer and have me dripping! I've been trying to get them in at least 3 times a week. Other days, I do workout videos at home (Tone it Up or also there are a ton of free workouts on Instagram.) On weekdays, I use my lunch break to take a 30 minute walk outdoors (or, indoors on the treadmill if the weather is bad.) So, really a combination of things with the main goal to just do something every day!
