Can you post what you are doing? Weight loss is not linear, you might be very near a WHOOSH moment. Are you tracking your food and workout calories? Overeating AND severe undereating can prevent weightloss (starvation mode).
Are you under lots of stress/ lacking sleep? Did you try cutting out salt and drinking about a gallon of water per day to flush out water weight from sodium?
Is it the time of the month when the body naturally goes up a few pounds?
Certain medications can also make weight loss hard.

Thanks guys, for the encouragement! Biking Syl I hope you’re right about the swoosh moment. I do better with workouts than food. My March goal is to actually track my food and stop being lazy about it. I think my problem is I try to restrict too much, which we all know isn’t sustainable and then I go back to my old ways, feel guilty about it and repeat the horrible cycle. You’re so right about everything else but I’m not on medications- just hungry and love food too much :joy:
