I’m not giving up, but need recommendations on intermittent fasting. Does it work? Is it ok if our eating window is in the evening before bed?

I never tried IF before but I have been doing it now for about 3 months. I have lost about 30 lbs! I also do low carb. I’m super excited about it because nothing else really worked for me. I started with 16:8 and have gradually shortened my feeding window. I read Dr. Fung’s book but I’ve learned just as much from watching YTube videos. It’s worth a try! Good luck on your journey.

I have been dabbling with IF since last summer. Lost 30 pounds before starting this DietBet. However, I have plateaued the last two months and I know it's because I need to reign in the amount of food and tweak the quality. However, this is the first time I've ever maintained any sort of weight loss, either, so I consider it a non-scale win for that! My goal this month is to fix the meal end so I continue losing.
