How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • I am down over 65lbs since I started in December.

I remember when I started with my goal of losing 90lbs and I thought "yeah, maybe I'll make it halfway before I give up... if I even make it that far".

Then I stopped myself. No more negative thoughts. This time I am doing it because I LOVE myself. I want to be healthy - not to punish myself but because I love my body and want to treat it well. And not just temporarily for a day or a month or half a year. But for life. It's not about perfection, it's about progress.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend and remember to love yourself along the way at every stage.
