  • I wanted to post and pin this week’s challenge to the top of our page. Here is a reminder of what it is again.

    ******WEEK 2 CHALLENGE

    This is a week meant for EXERCISE. After likely consuming a lot of carbs over the holiday, exercise is one of the best ways to burn some of that off! What I am hoping you can complete is 5 days of 30 minutes of exercise.

    Each time you exercise, take a selfie, upload it here on the dietbet dashboard team page as its own individual post (not here in the comment section of this post) and let us know what you did for your workout that day. Each entry you do during the next week counts as (1) entry into the next gift card drawing. If you do 5 posts (not all in one day, but one per day) that will count as 5 entries! If you only get one workout in, that is fine too (it’s great to aim for 5 days but I know that sometimes that is not possible). Even one post of a sweaty selfie will count as 1 entry into next week’s drawing (winner chosen next Wednesday).

    One of my favorite exercise quotes is: SWEAT IS JUST YOUR FAT CRYING. HAHA! You are going to get stronger this week, show your body respect by giving it proper blood-flow, hopefully sleep better, and have more stamina. Let’s get it!
