I feel like a bad ass :sunglasses: today I did week 3 phase 2 workout 4 . I have been adding at least 2 10 min abs to my weekly workouts. Yoga on my free days to stretch and foam rolling. My body feels Weird if I don’t do a little something to move it. :heart:
