What a week so far, but the sugar detox I started on last Monday has gone really well. Today was Day 10. I'm down a bunch of weight, NSV is I fit into career clothes I bought in 2020.

My only concern is that if I don't pay attention to the time, I tend to forget to eat and drink until I'm famished/hangry, and/or dizzy.

Anyone who has done a similar detox, how did you maintain it if you chose to when it was done? I love how I feel, but the plan was specifically 10 days. It was not fasting other than carbs and added sugars. It incorporated complex carbs in the last 3 days.

Even though it had a ser in a lot of ways, it reminds me of 2b mindset

I should note I ensure to eat 3 meals a day so I don’t get overly hungry or lightheaded/dizzy. I plan to start incorporating working out this week.
