  • I’m a bit embarrassed to show my meals…I eat weird combos, but at the end of the day I’m satisfied by my food so I guess it doesn’t matter!
    Today I had
    B: egg omelet with spinach, bell pepper, onion, 2 small protein pancakes and 1/2c berries
    L: PB&J yogurt bowl, broccoli slaw sautéed in soy, garlic, ginger
    Snack: protein bar, 1c baby carrots (not pictured)
    Dinner: Tofu and cauli rice with a Mongolian simmer sauce
    160oz of water
    Hoping for a weight loss day as I’ve been in melting mode recently and absolutely loving this feeling!

    I’ve got business dinners Tuesday-Friday, but I’ve read menus, prepared mentally for what I will eat when we go out, I know what workouts I’ll do daily, and I’ve been practicing positive thinking reminding myself how melting mode is better than any of the food on the menus or any cocktails. I feel strong and prepared to participate and enjoy the nights out while staying in melting mode! It will definitely be a good test of my mindset! I’m excited to see how it goes! Will try and track here for additional accountability!
