  • Started Job1 today…dealing with a headache so was thankful for it being a short workout. Added some more water but thinking the headache is from the changes in weather. Time to rest.

It’s great if you are short on time or just starting to workout. The workouts are 20 mins which is shorter than I’m use to but will work great with my running and summer break starting.
