How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Having a cookout at home with my kids, and watching fireworks from my house.


well on my way with this challenge as I did a bunch of walking this morning and I'm at 10k steps already. As for the 4th of July, there's a lot of stuff happening in our neighborhood. We also celebrated our anniversary yesterday!
