How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I may be a dietbet addict. I joined this game right away after I weighed out for my last one. I was a little higher weight than I wanted to be, but not high enough to where I thought I could lose another 4%. I had joined as many kickstarters as I could after vacation with 10 days left of my last maintainer. Now this morning, my weight is up, I had a late night at work and ate more than I should, and have my grandson this weekend and will probably eat take out or go out to eat at least once. I’m kind of wishing I’d just waited until after the weekend and joined the Flex Kickstarter a couple of days late. However, I still have room for 1 more member game, as I’m now in 2. Do you think I have a problem?

I do the same :joy: even though I lose weight so slowly that 4% is out of the realm of possibility. I hope this one allows me to slow down a bit and focus more on the steady habits. I think we are addicted to Hope and that’s okay

Focus on this and build healthy habits. You are exactly right Stephanie! Get yourself back to a good place with food and exercise and re-evaluate for a few more this spring! Chronic dieting is harmful too! This will be a good "diet break" for all of us. Good luck and stay positive everyone!
