Wow, after a huge hurdle, my body fighting back so very hard to avoid dropping into 1-derland it finally happened 2 days ago, knowing myself I waited to share the news bc I tend to fluctuate around 1 lb or 2 for what seems like everyday. Thankfully, I chose to weigh myself today and yup definitely still in 1-derland at 197.7 this morning. I feel amazing and so very proud of myself.

I want to say I couldn't have done it without hearing those really encouraging words from my Uncle he said, "Sometimes you hit a plateau where your body really fights back, and you feel stuck, but as long as you keep doing everything you've done to get there and keep up with your good habits you'll step onto the scale and bam you've lost several pounds!" Truly hearing these words gave me hope since I've been hovering just around 201/2/0 for the past several weeks.

I just wanted to share my uncles words of wisdom and motivation, as well as finally reaching 1-derland for the first time in 9 years. If I can do it, you all can, let's keep our motivation alive especially when we feel at our lowest with no change in sight. Find that support group of friends/relatives/neighbors who will offer advice and spend some time to exercise with you.
