For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Anyone in to wall palates? The weather here is super frosty and I haven’t been getting out much. Are the apps worth it? Or do you manage it on your own?

I’ve never heard of wall palates - can’t believe w/ over 200 people that no one has answered. YouTube has nothing for free?

I am doing classic "mat pilates" and I love it. I am excercising with program which is not in english, but there are plenty of workouts out online (also for free on yt) and some of them are good. Just one little advice - with yoga and pilates I think it is better to choose 1 - 3 trainers and stick with them for a longer time.
