Gained weight this go round. It sucks when I have been eating healthy bit the scale keeps going up. I wonder if my new medicine has something to do with this. Sigh

I know it’s hard when the needle doesn’t move especially when you’re eating well. Going through the same thing now but we just have to keep going because what is the alternative? We don’t want it to go up! And it will eventually break. Just keep doing what you’re doing and be strong. Try to get a little more movement and exercise. That usually pushes it.
