How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I haven’t done one of these in sooo long 😅🙈 #herewego and when I did do them I never did a transformer challenge. It’s a little nerve wracking but I need something to keep me on track.

Same! I am back after a few rough years and am ready to prioritize my health again. Wishing you much success :raised_hands:

It's been a while for me, too! The challenging thing with transformers for me is avoiding calorie-counting burnout. I'm hoping to lose enough in the first couple months that I can take a two-week maintenance break in the middle (I know I can maintain without counting so long as I'm not eating anything particularly cheesy). A break like that will make this feel like two short challenges instead of one long one, and that may be just what I need to win.
