How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I'm disappointed in myself that I went way over my calories for the day. Did fine until I went to a party and then it all went out the window. At least I started with a high weight weighing in tonight, so it will feel good when it naturally fluctuates down a bit. I hope that will give me motivation to continue. I gained so much last year (almost 30 pounds!) when I started a new job so I'm looking forward to slimming back down. I hope you all had a good new years eve!

I'm with you on starting a new job contributing to weight gain! I LOVE my new job, but the transition has been pretty high-stress, and getting my bearings has been time consuming. Throw an injury into the mix, and here I am.

Your profile pic gave me a good chuckle, by the way.
