How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Does anyone else turn to food as a motivator to get things done or emotional eating?

I applied for a job tonight a bit of a stretch and bigger than i would normally go for.

The imposter syndrome usually stops me from even trying to go for jobs and ensuring i need to tick off every requirement.

Tonight i thought what the hell go for it and the anxiety and fear really brought up the urge to snack to get through it. I also wanted to order a takeaway so i had more time to focus on the application.

Two non scale victories, i submitted the application and i stayed away from the snacks and takeaway!

Kudos to you for making the best choices possible!

Thanks everyone! I got a pretty speedy response this morning to say i wasn’t successful - deadline for application was yesterday BUT i gave it a go. I am saying this because the disappointment is there and i am AM going to stay on track and not give up on trying again!

I am trying to make this a year of bold action (feel the fear and do it anyway) as in the past i have allowed my weight and health hold me back from so many aspects of life.
