How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Ok, everyone! Two weeks left until our Round 1 weigh-in!

How are you feeling about that?

Many of us start off very strong with some big 2024 New Year goals and awesome motivation... but we all know the hard part is maintaining that momentum!

This is your reminder that perfection is the enemy of progress.

Has anyone found themselves going so gung-ho with making changes that they feel terrible when they slip up? Or, even worse, it can result in a downward spiral?

Slow and steady wins the race, and it's a lot easier to continue in the right direction if you have a little grace and focus on small changes and forward motion each day.

👉 Share if you have felt this or dealt with it in the past!

👉 Also, share what small, manageable changes you're making this time around!

I was doing well but slipped up during the blizzard and my hormones acting up. I lost some but regained some. Next month I'll plan for my cycle and make sure I stock up on foods that curb cravings. Also plan to stick with exercise as the snow leaves. Reminding myself it's a marathon not a sprint and I didn't put this weight on overnight, it'll take time and learning and bumps on the way to undo it.

I had a big drop the first few days, but nothing since. Trying to stay the course knowing I'm doing everything right. I hope the scale starts moving before the 1-month weigh-in!
