How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I feel like I can’t be the only one so I’m looking for some solidarity! I don’t think I am doing to make this months target, but I do feel confident I can make next month. I have tried so many diets in the past but they’re not sustainable for me and my weight goes straight back up again. I’m just trying to be more mindful of what I eat now, and moving my body more through a StepBet.

I know I can keep this lifestyle up and I’m sure I can make my month 3 goal onwards. I guess I just wish there was an option of losing 2% each month over 5 months instead!

I wish we had a 2% each month too it would be more realistic and sustainable. I have not had a good few weeks and I am going to accept I cannot meet this month and focus on the next the pressure was having a negative impact. After struggling to lose weight for so long 6% over two months is too much for me.

The second month is usually the hardest. People are less motivated or excited this month compared to the first month and yet the goal is the same. It's particularly hard if you're smaller or shorter to begin with. Your approach of slow and steady will always win the day, even if you don't make goal this round. Theres plenty of time to make up and shortfall you might experience this round, so stick with it. And don't do anything you resent or aren't willing to do for the rest of your life. You'll be glad you did!
