How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Today is a good day to talk about those greens!

Let us know which of these you enjoy!
    πŸ’š spinach
    πŸ’š kale
    πŸ’š broccoli
    πŸ’š avocados
    πŸ’š asparagus
    πŸ’š green cabbage
    πŸ’š Brussels sprouts
    πŸ’š green herbs

There is a bit of variety in these green foods but many are good sources of fiber, folate, magnesium, potassium, vitamin A (beta carotene), and vitamin K1.

    Health Benefits
    πŸ’š anti-inflammatory
    πŸ’š antioxidant
πŸ’š cruciferous veggies, in particular, may lower your risk of cancer and heart disease

Have you eaten any of these green goodies lately?

NONE.

Spinach and Kale have loads of oxalates. They are objectively bad for you. They are leaves people. Don’t eat leaves. We weren’t meant to eat leaves.

Avocados make sense because they’re a fruit.

Also fiber leads to gut issues, so I intake no fiber.
