How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I'm a 15-pound sausage in a 10-pound casing today in my Friday work shirt. I don't think the shirt shrank either. The struggle is real. Getting back on track!

We can do this! We just need to remember our 'Why' and make it stronger than our 'Want'!

I can totally relate to this. Over the years my uniform would inevitably feel tight sometimes (re: post any holiday and Christmas lol) and I would look sausage-esque while at work. I always found it to be a good motivation to eat healthy/keep on track while at work (admittedly less so while not sausaging and at home lol). Just remember that if you stick to your guns it’ll work out. As everyone else has said: one day at a time, remember your why, and most of all be kind… I always felt so ashamed, so don’t do what I did, learn from my mistakes!! :p
