How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’m so close (again). Struggling to lose but maintaining isn’t as bad as it’s been in years past.
I started eating less this week and the scale is hardly moving. The hanger is getting worse by the day lol losing weight is hard when you’re from the south and food is oh so good!

I know we still have a little bit of time and I should still hit my goal, but just wanted to say don’t get discouraged by the people hitting their final goal. We all have different bodies and metabolisms and lives. I’m still so proud of us for even opening this app even just for the weigh ins. This is your life, your time. You are the only one who knows what you need and when and why.
What is your why? How is your why keeping you motivated?
Don’t lose sight of that!

Well said. Although I am happy for everyone achieving their goals and losing weight, it’s easy to feel a bit discouraged that they’re further along, or losing more weight, or whatever else… but as you said, we are all different, we have different lives, and different paths… the important thing is we keep moving forward, regardless of the speed, and the detours along the way. One step at a time. What is that saying, little by little one walks far :)
