For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Ever since the last weigh in I have been struggling. It doesn’t make logical sense. I have done well and made my goal. Then after Easter I allowed myself lots of treats and I put on weight. Every pound for me is so hard to lose so to watch myself gain 6.5 pounds like that….ugh. One would think that this would motivate me to get back at it but instead I am making excuses and falling into all my old habits. It doesn’t help that I’m busy too.

If you look into 2b mindset, which I loosely follow but find Ilana very motivating, we all have days when we don't eat right, but it's all about how fast you learn to bounce back. Keep it short, a day, or a meal and then back to the eating plan. I just came back from vacation yesterday, so back to the meal plan today.
