How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I've done it! This was possibly--hopefully--my last DietBet challenge. I wish these Maintainer challenges were more enticing. After all the maintenance phase is in many ways the more difficult challenge (for me anyway). But I'm excited to stay on track in other ways. It took about 6 months in a weight loss cycle so my goal is to maintain it for 18 months. In my mind, I'll consider my set point (i.e. natural intuitive weight) slowly dropping from my original weight to this maintained weight for the next 18 months. I feel great and excited for the next phase!

Maintenance is certainly tougher. I know because CC I’ve failed twice. I like your plan of Maintenance for 3x your weight loss window. I have a long way to go. I’ve gotten off track in my Fasting plan have had all the food the last 4 days. I almost caved again today. Thanks for your words of wisdom. I shall press on with my Fast today. Thanks.
