For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

And I made it but am not proud of how I did it. Pretty much starving myself for almost 3 days. That last .4 came off and then some a little bit ago. I can definitely see and feel a difference, but I’m going to do it differently this round. I’ve been salt free and am paying attention to that a lot more because of Annie and you!!!

Congrats you guys! My scale hit a plateau this last round. But like you guys I gutted it out. (Pun intended) lots of water fruits veggies and a good sweat session took the final half pound off. Not sure how to do this round differently. I stayed well within my calories, stepped up my exercise exercised and stayed away from processed foods. I'm hoping it was just a natural plateau.
