This is my first time doing this. I am feeling positive. I am over 60 and feel like I eat well. But the weight not dropping. Do you repeaters have successful tips to share?

Watch sugar intake. And don’t get discouraged!
You can do body measurements as well (hip, waist, arm, thigh circumference). Sometimes they will be changing even when the scale is not.

Water, water, water and walking 30 to 45 minutes 4 or 5 days a week helps me at 58:grin:. Good luck to you
