Hey everyone it’s Bart from Idaho. After slowly gaining for the last 6 years I finally decided it’s time to get back to a healthy weight. I have a goal to loose 40 lbs this year. I started this week with focusing on eating. I am tracking my calories and cutting out sweets. I am also focusing on drinking 1 gallon a day. I will try to make it to the gym a couple this week, but starting next week I plan on going 5 times a week. The last part of my goal is to get in better sleeping habits(7-8 hours a night).

What are you all doing as far as goals for this game?

My goal for this game is #20.
This year, to lose 90 lbs.
I’m working on smaller goals: this week I wanted to hit 45 minutes working out, and surpassed that.
This next week I’m looking to hit 70 minutes of working out and 2 miles of walking.
I’m also working to stay within my calorie budget.
I’ve got a trip to the DR coming up in late April and want to lose 40 lbs by then, so trying to hit it hard, but make sustainable changes.
