How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

It’s been a real struggle bus this time around, but I’m getting there. Slowly, slowly, but I know I can win this bet!
How’s everyone else doing?

The struggle is real! I need some idea for workouts, lol. I have been doing some wall pilates, with some weight lifting. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I won my last Diet bet, this one is harder. I have been going to a 30 minute HIIT spin class and 30 minute kettlebell class at the YMCA but I also need to change up my routine so these last 4 pounds come off. I was thinking of trying to start swimming. I struggle with individual workouts though-better in groups.
