AUTUMN2018

I'm not where I want to be, but what helps me is small changes like changing a junk food recipe to a healthy one. Drinking carbonated club soda or water with ice instead of coke. Simple popcorn with lemon instead of chips and Doritos. Just small seamless changes to add up to a big change. To easily incorporate into my lifestyle.

Love reading about your efforts! I think the best thing about exercise is we can always tweak our plans to meet us where we are. Some days I like tough, but others a walk is the limit. Both are good!
