For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Happy Monday! Here we are in week two already! I love that we're hearing from so many of you! That makes the game so much more fun and encouraging for everyone. If you haven't introduced yourself, please do, this is a safe place and we're all in this together!

Protein…. I feel like it’s so hard to hit my goal. Any quick, easy protein dense snacks you recommend?

Hi Jen! I don't eat much meat so I tend to get my protein through tofu, rice & beans, nuts & seeds, peanut butter on celery, quinoa and oatmeal. Other good sources would be jerky, eggs (hard boiled are great to have on hand - or egg bites), yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese. Protein powder in a smoothie is also a great option. :) Hope this helps a little bit.
