Referee Nancy

I just went on a last minute weekend vacation and flew back late last night, so i get this. Our daughter is a flight attendant so she invited me to join her on a trip.

The first thing I did when I got to the airport was buy a big bottle of water so I could stay hydrated. I also packed healthy snacks like granola bars and fruit. You could also pack a salad, wrap or sandwich. I also agree about walking around, I needed steps so I wandered around the airports.

I agree that posting this is the first step in overcoming this challenge. I can also assure you that planning ahead and sticking to your plan will make you feel on top of the world! Go for that feeling and know that you've got this Rebeccita!
