Ok all-I need some help. I’m following the portion fix/Gut protocol (mixing due to food allergies) and 90% of the time hitting my container count. I’m not eating sugar or alcohol either. I am drinking all my water as well. I’m working out daily currently did DD week 1 and now doing healthy obsession. The scale dropped significantly the first week but now I keep going up and down, can’t get it to budge at all. Any help, advice would be greatly appreciated. I haven’t done the walking program due to time constraints and seriously crappy weather in the PNW. Please help! Really wanting to be successful this month! Thank you!

In a different viewpoint from Kim, I found that daily weighing showed me that fluctuations are totally normal and I became less emotionally sensitive about the number. The longer term trend is what matters, not the day-to-day. But I suppose it depends for each person. I'm not the type that will let the number determine if I'll have a good day or bad day emotionally. And I see it as micro feedback on my recent choices.

Have you looked at Autumn video for end of week one where she talks about something similar? If not, click on the link to her materials and look for the video links. She’s posted quite a few there since staring the bet. It was really helpful for me to listen to her explain that this exact scenario may happen to some people in week 2 after losing in week 1.
