Can anyone tell me what they did/do to break sugar addiction? I LOVE sweets and crave sugar all the time! And yes, I do eat a lot of protein.

I try to think about if this is the absolute best treat I could have. And if I can think of something better, I make a plan to have it later. I don’t go without sweets, but I try to keep it in moderation - frozen yogurt is a favourite, or dark chocolate. I will try to save ‘room’ for a treat at the end of the day so I keep working towards it!
