Happy Tuesday morning to most of you. For others and other time zones happy midday or evening. Besides going to the gym or doing workout classes. What are some other activities you like to do besides working out. For me I have a 14 year old daughter and a 12 year old son that are both in travel soccer. So a lot of my time is spent taxing them around and helping them work on footwork. Then I have two standard poodles that are 2 years old and they need a lot of attention as well. They Love Walks our future playing in the yard and swimming when it's nice out.

I have put in a lot of laps around my kids’ soccer fields. I get tired of just sitting anyway, and I figure I can still watch while I walk around!

I have been struggling a bit with prioritizing my own health and fitness lately, though. When my kids were little I was so dedicated that I got up before they did to run or workout a few times a week. Now I keep putting it off and then don’t feel like it at the end of the day. My to do list included making a workout plan today, but I didn’t even prioritize that. Maybe that’s what I’ll do this evening…I want to be a good role model and show them how to care for their health, too!
