Why is it so hard to eat a lot of protein😫. Finally eating right, but it’s so hard to meet my protein goal. Anyone have any tips?

A simple way is to just increase your serving of meat/protein in the meals you already eat. Also, adding things like some parmesan cheese or yogurt or cottage cheese to meals can boost the protein. I eat my eggs mixed with cottage cheese. Eggs really don't have a ton of protein if you only eat 1 or 2. Make sure your snacks include some protein. Cheese sticks, jerky, Greek yogurt, quest tortilla chips or quest cheese Crackers are great snack options and have them with some fruit for some healthy balanced carbs. I used to add collagen to my coffee for the added protein, but I've read a lot about it since and while it can be good for some people if you want skin benefits, it is NOT a complete protein and you shouldn't really use it to meet your protein goals.

As a vegetarian, I struggle with protein too. I use protein powder in my green smoothies and that helps. I have more work to do though so I love these suggestions!
